Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Slice the peach and remove the pit. Rinse the raspberries if fresh.
  • Add the peaches, raspberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, and chia seeds (if using) to the blender.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with additional fruit if you like.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Peach Melba Smoothie!

Notes

  • For an extra creamy texture, use frozen peaches and raspberries.
  • To make this smoothie dairy-free, swap the Greek yogurt for a dairy-free yogurt and use your favorite non-dairy milk.
  • If you want to make this smoothie a bit more filling, add a scoop of protein powder or a tablespoon of nut butter.
  • This smoothie can be stored in the fridge for a few hours, but it’s best served fresh to retain its texture and flavor.
